Also realize that some of these agents are seasonal. That is they specialize in certain areas and the tax sales only happen at certain times a year.

Its hard to do business with a tax lien agent who does not return calls. I’ve left 3 messages and they’ve not returned a single phone call. Not the type of business or agent i would choose to do business with!

I am in the process of creating a “certification” course for becoming a tax lien investing agent. I am busy with other projects at the moment, so this is on the back burner until July, but we plan on having it ready by the end of year, in plenty of time for Arizona tax sales.

Currently there is no educational program that I know of to prepare someone for becoming a tax lien agent, it’s just a matter of having the experience and knowing the law. There are rules and regulations when it comes to investing other peoples money.
