New Real Estate Investing Software
By Joanne | July 15, 2008
How would you like to know the Who, What, Where, Why, When and How Much regarding virtually any property nationwide?
I’ve just tried out at a new tax lien investing software program called Prop Stream. I wanted something to make my due diligence for tax sale properties easier, especially now that I’m trying out some advance strategies for buying tax delinquent properties. Here’s some of the things that Prop Stream can help you do:
* Contact motivated sellers that meet ONLY your criteria
* Access the largest nationwide Pre-Foreclosure and REO database
* Research virtually any property in the U.S.
* Analyze deals accurately and easily… in just minutes
* Create professional, comprehensive exports for easy financing
* Research, analyze and run comparable’s on nearly any property nationwide… more accurately than the M.L.S.
Rather than me trying to tell you about all the features and benefits of Prop Stream I’d like to invite you to take a look at it for yourself. I’m positive you’ll want Prop Stream in your arsenal after seeing how it can save you time, save you money and make you money.
Click on the link below or copy and paste it into a new browser window to get a free demo of Prop Stream today.
Unfortunately the software does not work in all areas of the country. I live in a somewhat rural area (the Pocono Mountains of PA) and I know that the county that I live in does not have any online information. I have to physically go to the county offices to do my due diligence on tax delinquent properties, so I was hoping that I would be able to use Prop Stream for all of research and be able to do everything from my computer at home. I found out that it doesn’t have all the information for my area. It had the info on some of the houses that I looked up, but not all. The product did have a 30 day gaurantee, so I was able to return it. I still think that it’s a great tool if you live in the right area. Prop Stream is not cheap, so make sure if you purchase it that you get the same guarantee that I did, so you can make sure that it will work well in your area. I think it’s a great invest ment for those of you who are purchasing properties or investing in tax deeds. You probably don’t need it if you are only investing in tax liens. Also if you are a realtor you probably already have access to some of the things that Prop Stream provides.
I must confess that I do get a $250 referral fee if you decide that Prop Stream is something you absolutely must have to help grow your real estate business. I just want you to know that I wouldn’t recommend something without trying it
out myself and seeing firsthand what a great tool it is for anyone looking to make money in real estate.
Please take a few minutes to look at Prop Stream in action at www.propstreamdata.com and if you don’t feel its right for you then you’ve lost nothing but a small amount of your time. If you like what you see and decide to purchase Prop Stream just mention that I referred you, and I’ll get credit for the referral. This program could save you a whole lot of time and effort in researching properties, and your time is worth a whole lot of money, right!
Happy and Prosperous Investing!

Hi Scott,
You would look up the tax sale properties the same way that you would look up the foreclosure properties. You don’t get the tax sale list from the software, like you would a list of foreclosed properties. You have to get the list first, find the properties that you’re interested in and then you can use Prop Stream to find information about the properties that you’re interested in bidding on.
