Multiple Streams of Income

We’ve all heard that it’s best to have multiple streams of income in this economy rather than putting all your eggs into one basket, both for current income and for retirement. Tax lien investing is a nice stream of income for me, but it is not my only source of income, nor is it my main source of income. My family’s main source of income comes from my husband’s job. If we were relying on his job alone, we’d be just over broke, but instead we thrive. We thrive because of our other streams of income: Tax lien investing, Internet Marketing, Equipment Brokering, and just recently added, Real Estate Investing.
My personal main stream of income is internet marketing, and I attribute my success in my online business to my online success mentor, Jeanette Cates. Jeanette is known online as “The Tech Tamer.” I have been taking classes from Jeanette since I started my business in 2003. Thanks to Jeanette’s informative teleseminars I got my web site up the right way from get go. I was able to build a substantial list of subscribers in my niche market – tax lien investing, by giving away my own e-course. I was able to monazite my web site with affiliate products and before to long, my web sites were showing up organically in the search engines.
I learned how to give effective teleseminars and create my own products from Jeanette’s Teleseminar Basics course. I continue to learn from Jeanette and my business continues to grow.
