I believe that you are referring to my Build Your Profitable Tax Lien Portfolio 8-week training which started the second week of January. We have already had the first 4 classes and there are 4 more. I’m not sure when I will do the training again, I normally do it only 2 or 3 times a year. I may do it again in May and June.

It’s not too late to join this training. When you register, you get all of the recordings and materials from the current course, plus the recordings from the last 2 courses that I’ve done. I do this because the course is a little different each time. You see, I customize the course to the participants, and I cover the states that the participants are going to invest in. Oh, and you also can take the live training again whenever I offer it.

So is it better to take the training now or wait until I give the next course? That depends on what state your in. If you are planning to invest in California, Arizona, or New Jersey, you may be better of taking the course now. That is because Sales are coming up now in California and Arizona and they are only held once a year. New Jersey sales happen throughout the year, but I am covering California and New Jersey in detail in this course. Both Arizona and California have also been covered in previous courses.

If you are not planning to invest in one of these 3 states, you may want to wait for the next course.
