Get A Flatter Stomach And A Healthy Fit Body
By Debby, for Joanne Musa | March 10, 2010
Before I started my online business about tax lien investing, I was a personal trainer and fitness professional. For more than 15 years I helped clients get in shape, lose weight, and get a flatter stomach. I also helped athletes get that competitive edge by making them stronger, faster, and more powerful.
One thing that I noticed during my time in the fitness industry is that there are many conflicting opinions about how to flatten your stomach, lose weight, get in shape, and stay fit. There are also many conflicting opinions about what the best exercises are to help athletes get stronger and faster. There are many myths floating around in the fitness and nutrition industry that just are not true, but they are propagated by the powers that be and believed by the general public, even though there is no science or research to back them up.
So when I find a fitness or nutrition product that exposes these myths and lets people know the truth about fitness, weight loss, nutrition or how to get a flatter stomach, I want to let everyone know about it. The Truth About Abs is one of those products. In one e-book, certified personal training and strength and conditioning specialist Michael Geary exposes the truth about getting 6-pack abs; that abdominal exercises and fancy equipment just don’t work. And he tells you the only way that really works to flatten your stomach. He also exposes why most diets don’t work and what foods to eat to actually melt away the fat and increase your metabolism.
But that’s not all, in The Truth About Abs e-book, he also gives you simple exercises that you can do at home to burn fat and increase your metabolism naturally. You don’t need fancy equipment to do these exercises. You can do all of these exercises with just dumbbells and a stability ball, and for some of the exercises you don’t need any equipment at all, just your body weight.
The Truth About Abs includes meal plans and workout schedules as well as detailed instructions and pictures demonstrating the exercises. The most refreshing part of this e-book for me was the solid nutrition advice, which I have not seen included in many fitness programs. What Mike says in this e-book goes against the grain of the mainstream nutrition industry and you’ll learn some things when you read his book that will surprise you. Foods that you may think of as being good for you may not be as healthy as you think, and they could be the reason why you can’t get rid of the fat. And certain foods that you may have been staying away from are essential to good health.
If you want a flatter stomach, or more energy, or to be more fit, you need to know the Truth About Abs.
